3. Intellectual Property

All content, including test questions, analysis reports, UI designs, and software, is the property of Testwala. Any unauthorized reproduction or distribution of this material will lead to legal action.

4. Usage Policy

Users agree NOT to:

• Use any automated scripts to scrape data.
• Attempt to bypass the 5-question limit paywall.
• Post defamatory or offensive comments in discussion forums.

5. Payments and Refunds

Payments for premium tests are processed via secure third-party gateways. Since our services are digital and provide immediate access to content, we generally follow a No-Refund Policy unless specified otherwise in specific cases.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for 100% accuracy in our UPSC/State PCS mock tests, Testwala is not responsible for any discrepancies in the actual exam results. Our platform is a practice tool, not a guarantee of success.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
