Nature of Digital Products

TestWala is a premium digital online examination platform. As soon as you purchase a test series or package, the digital content is instantly activated and made available in your account.

Due to the immediate access and nature of digital products, we generally do not issue refunds once a purchase is successfully completed.

Cancellation Policy

  • You can cancel further renewals from your TestWala account at any time without any hidden fees.
  • Upon cancellation, your current active plan will remain fully valid until its expiry date, and you can continue using all premium features.
  • We do not calculate or provide partial refunds for the remaining unused days of your active plan.

Refund Policy & Exceptions

We understand that technical issues can happen. We only process refunds under the following strict conditions:

  • Double Payment Glitch: If your bank account is charged twice for the same plan due to a server error, one of the payments will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.
  • Accidental Purchase: If you mistakenly purchase the wrong test series, you must inform our support team within 24 hours of the purchase. The condition is that you must not have opened, viewed, or attempted any test within that package.
  • If our system logs show that you have viewed or attempted even a single test from the package, your refund request will be instantly declined.
